Sometimes you meet people who change your lives forever. That’s how Delhi Bakery School is shaping hundreds of dreams into reality. I am a proud student of this academy and could witness the professionalism at display every single moment. Special thanks to Chef Shilpa for helping me learn the science and techniques of New Yorker style Pizza. It was a fun 4 days where we experimented all possible variations. The academy has mastered the Pizza making processin. Their precision with numbers is mind boggling. Literally they made it very easy to just follow whatever is prescribed and it came out perfectly. I will be happy to learn more again and am sure I will visit the academy in future. Thank you team for helping me move closer to realising my dream
