slice. Students are extensively taught to stretch the pizza from 18″- 22″ .
New York Style Pizza Course is designed to meet the American standards of pizza making. Apart
from authentic ingredients, the course focuses on optimal usage of yeast & majorly focuses on
cold fermentation method which is the basis of high quality pizza. Students get exposure to 24
hours cold fermentation vs 48 hours cold fermentation
