Detroit Style Pizza Course is designed to meet the American standards of pizza making. Apart from authentic ingredients, the course focuses on optimal usage of yeast & majorly focuses on cold fermentation method which is the basis of high quality pizza. Students get exposure to 48 hours cold fermentation.
